A new greenhouse is in the works!
Grand opening November 1 December
After working out of our little cramped shadehouse for 10 years, preparing the seedlings we use for transplants and for our seedlings sales at GrowFest!, we’re at the point where we just can’t take it anymore. In order to serve you better, we’re building a greenhouse, and we need your help. It’s a BIG project, and it’s going to be awesome. Possibly the most exciting thing about it – the nursery will be open to the public on-site! Part of the greenhouse will be used for extended season and protected growing trials, experimenting with aquaponics, and other cool techniques, which we’ll share with you in tours and workshops. We’re planning for an eventual off-the-grid setup, with a state-of-the-art solar power system.
Our complete project will run us $55,000, so we’re reaching out for help funding it. We have some cool perks reserved for you, in appreciation of your donation.
